Online help
The helpdesk is supported by a helpdesk system, called Perldesk, where requests can be filed. The services of the helpdesk can also be recruited by sending email to helpdesk@few.vu.nl or by filling out a web form on perldesk.few.vu.nl.

Helpdesk
The UC-IT has a helpdesk in the W&N building on the ground floor in M0.20. This helpdesk is intended for users of FALW, FBW and FEW. Users can ask questions, get information or deposit complaints about the services the FEW IT support is responsible for. The helpdesk is the primary interface for help from IT support FEW.
